(4) Integrate '3' into '1' with '2', result is Thanks guys! So here's what I have right now [EDIT: Is it true that the "OnePiece" pack is only for English XP? I need a Dutch version, so I should use Ryan instead of OnePiece?) Now I see that it's a seperate pack, so I assume this can be integrated as well?Īgain, sorry that this might seem like I don't want to do the work myself, I was just wondering if you could tell me beforehand that what I'm trying to achieve is "doable": Create an updated XPSP3-20121229 (or 20130101) with SATA drivers, Net35 and IE8. Sorry once again that I haven't researched it more back then.

Same thing, this was present in "Ragdd", so I kind of expected this to be included. This was not a big problem, because that could be done afterward with nlite (I don't know/ haven't tried if this can be done in "Ryan" in 1 pass along with the updates). The SATA driver were not present (they were in my "Ragdd" version). From the notes I made then, this was my conclusion (back then, I wasn't "into" MDL yet.): I used RyanVM integrator, a clean MSDN XPSP3 source, and UpdatePackSP3_12.09.0.7z (this was back in october). I never made a "post-SP3-XP" myself, except for one test back in october. This is not a "warez" type of modification, just has updates etc. Sorry, maybe I should read more about that.įor dozens of XP setups, I use a modified XPSP3, made by Ragdd.

From what I do know, I think I'm not comfortable enough with modifying BIOS's etc. I never used the SLP-oem method, I must admit I don't know enough about it. I still use XPSP3 a lot, also on some dedicated (old) PC's that monitor manufacturing machines etc. I hope it's OK if I ask about post-SP3 updates as well.
